Going to the Sun - Dan Spencer

Craig and Trina Boddicker take a sudden, secretive vacation. Relatives are alarmed; Trina is in the advanced stages of ALS disease. Her sister frets. A psychic senses danger. But the authorities won't intervene.

Enter Mo Choate, a widower and retired FBI agent who is curiously indebted to the psychic. He investigates the Boddickers' unconventional lives and grows suspicious of their intentions. Then Mo pursues the husband and wife on a macabre journey across the American Midwest.

Bio:

Q: What will readers like about your book?

Going to the Sun isn't a whodunit. Rather than who, the question is why. It's a story about how society copes with the dying.

Q: Why did you self publish?

All 6 of my novels are self-published. That's by choice.

Q: Who are your favorite authors in your genre?

Fans of George Pelecanos and Dennis Lehane should check out this novel.
